“First and last time. New customer and did not know their procedures. Employees rude the entire time. Had a flat bed open trailer to haul the containers. Employee said containers could not be in an enclosed vehicle. Ok, have a trailer. Employee had to check with someone else and make sure that was ok...it was.”

“Can’t order parts for the equipment they sell if it breaks. Bought a miller welder/generator and they said i would have to call miller directly. I then called my other welding supplier AWG and they ordered the part and i got it in 2 days.”
