Please explain why the alarm goes off at night, and never turns off. We've heard that the alarm goes off because of toxic gas that is leaking, and it's supposed to be a warning to the surrounding neighborhood. Is this true? How do we protect ourselves from the gas leak? Why can't Airgas shut the leak off and turn off the alarm?
